Velkommen til Det norske utvandrersenteret

Det norske utvandrersenteret (DNU) forsker på og formidler norsk ut- og innvandringshistorie. Vi arbeider for å bedre kunnskapen om, og forståelsen for, de prosesser som knytter seg til migrasjon som fenomen. DNU er også et nasjonalt slektsforskningssenter.

Stiftelsen DNU har siden etableringen i 1986 mottatt årlig driftsstøtte fra Rogaland fylkeskommune, Stavanger kommune og Tysvær kommune. Store deler av driften er også prosjektfinansiert.
